Big-bodied K-State edge with developmental upside
Brad Stanyer is a 6-foot-5, 280-pound sophomore defensive end at Kansas State who redshirted in the 2025 season and has no recorded game stats yet, so he’s still in the “tools and trajectory” phase rather than the box-score phase. His selling point is obvious: he brings size, length, and heavy-edge potential to a Kansas State defense that likes rugged, physical ends, and he fits the profile of a player who could grow into real rotational value if his hands, burst, and pad level keep catching up to his frame. If you want a future-impact DE with upside, he’s interesting; if you need an instant production guy, not yet.
