Sacred Heart’s interior disruptor with a trench-first edge
Greg Parrett profiles as a defense-first Sacred Heart DL who fits the “dirty work, no excuses” mold: a player valued for leverage, effort, and the ability to keep blockers honest even when the box score stays quiet. Publicly available current stat detail is limited, so the stronger read is on role and fit rather than splash numbers; that usually points to a rotational trench piece whose value comes from discipline, toughness, and physicality. If your team wants a high-motor interior presence who embraces contact and doesn’t mind doing the unglamorous work, Parrett is worth a look.
