Shari Johnson brings efficient, all-around guard play for Howard
Shari Johnson is a steady Howard guard whose 2025-26 production shows value beyond raw scoring: she posted 7.2 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 0.9 assists per game in 20 games, while shooting 42.9% from the field, 29.4% from three, and 26.3% on free throws. Her most useful trait is versatility — she contributes in multiple small ways and can stay on the floor without hijacking the offense. The caveat is clear: the scoring efficiency is modest, so she fits best as a reliable connector and depth piece rather than a high-usage creator.
