JUCO Forward with Impressive Weight Loss Journey, Modest Stats at ABAC
Chris Foster, a 6'5" forward from Tifton, GA, currently plays for Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College (ABAC) in the 2024-25 season, showcasing his dedication through a remarkable personal transformation—dropping 110 lbs overall and 25 lbs in the last year via intense YouTube-documented training like 365 days of dunk work and 1000 hours of drills. His ESPN career stats show 2.0 PPG, 1.4 RPG, and 28.9% FG, reflecting limited production but highlighting rebounding grit and shape improvements that boost his intensity and confidence. A high-motor developmental prospect from Bethel HS (VA), he's a fit for teams seeking versatile bigs with proven work ethic over raw stats.
