Montana CB Trumaine Johnson: Elite Size, 4 INTs, and Unmatched Ball Intensity
Trumaine Johnson, the 6'3" Montana Grizzlies cornerback, stands out with rare size for a CB and elite ball skills, finishing his college career with 4 interceptions (2nd at UM) and 44 tackles. His differentiator is relentless intensity: opponents targeted 305 passes at him, yet only 102 were completed (33.44% completion rate), showcasing his ability to shut down receivers. With no major injury history and a reputation for high-pressure plays, Johnson is a perfect fit for teams needing a physical, coverage-dominant CB who thrives in tight windows. His personality—driven, resilient, and fiercely competitive—makes him a leader on any roster.
