OSU Cowgirls' Rising F/C Star with Elite Rim Protection and Rebounding Prowess
Shakila Small, Oklahoma State Cowgirls' sophomore F/C, exploded in the 2025-26 season with 12.8 PPG, 9.2 RPG (leading Big 12 forwards), and 2.1 BPG, anchoring the team's top-20 national defense (62.4 PPG allowed). Her 6'5" frame, relentless motor, and basketball IQ make her a matchup nightmare—dominant on boards (38% offensive rebound rate) yet mobile enough for switchable schemes. No major injury history; her high-energy, team-first personality shines in clutch moments. A perfect fit for contending programs needing versatile bigs who elevate defenses and second-chance opportunities.
