Sierra Roy brings multi-position juice and a bat that’s already flashing pop for UAlbany
In the 2026 season, Sierra Roy has emerged as a versatile catcher/utility piece for UAlbany, with the kind of all-around athletic background that jumps off the page: she was a provincial-level representative in Canada, helped her team win the 2024 Provincial Championship, and has competed in multiple sports. Her early college production includes impact moments like her first career home run and RBI-driven games, while UAlbany’s roster and stats page also show she’s being trusted as a real lineup option. For a team, that means athletic upside, positional flexibility, and a player who sounds wired to compete.
