MEAC Pitcher of the Week Paris Richards gives Maryland-Eastern Shore a two-way weapon
Paris Richards has already shown she can impact a game from the circle and around the infield, earning MEAC Pitcher of the Week honors after a complete-game win with a 1.17 ERA for the week and a strong showing in a 9-1 victory over Virginia Union in 2026. At 5'9", she brings value as a versatile P/INF with proven command, efficiency, and the kind of momentum-coaching staffs love in a depth piece or spot starter. The takeaway: she looks like a reliable, competitive fit for teams that value toughness, flexibility, and immediate run prevention.[1][2]
