SyAnn Holmes brings veteran size, boards, and interior grit to MVSU
SyAnn Holmes is a 6'1" forward who has been a steady, physical presence for Mississippi Valley State, with prior college production showing she can rebound, defend multiple spots, and chip in scoring when needed. In the 2023 season, she produced an 8-point, 5-rebound, 5-steal outing against UAB, a nice snapshot of her disruptive, hustle-heavy style. She looks like the kind of fit coaches love: experienced, tough, and willing to do the dirty work instead of chasing the spotlight.
