Experienced Drake QB with proven starter reps, but limited recent public performance data
Ben Ostermann is an **older, experienced quarterback** for Drake whose value comes from having real game snaps and prior starting experience, not just pedigree. Drake’s roster lists him as a QB, and historical game notes show he started against Waldorf and Butler and later appeared in five games as a reserve, which suggests he brings familiarity with the offense and some competitive poise. Publicly available recent stats and rankings are limited, so the clearest takeaway is that he profiles as a depth/competition piece with a baseline of college-tested experience rather than a heavily publicized star.
