Productive South Carolina LB with Solid Tackle Production
Jonathan Walton is a 6-1, 227-pound linebacker from Daphne, AL who logged 68 tackles (fourth on team) with 6.5 tackles for loss during his senior season at South Carolina, appearing in 12 games with 10 starts. A reliable, physical defender who demonstrates consistent effort in run support and gap discipline. Walton represents a solid mid-tier linebacker prospect with the size and production metrics to contribute at the next level, though he'll need to showcase improved coverage skills and lateral mobility to stand out among NFL evaluators.
