Brett Roy’s old-school havoc: Nevada’s interior disruptor turned All-America force
In the 2011 season, Brett Roy was the kind of defensive lineman who made offenses miserable, piling up 10.0 sacks and 18.5 tackles for loss while leading the WAC in both categories and earning first-team All-America honors. He was praised for his strength, pass-rush disruption, and pursuit, with Nevada describing him as a former walk-on who became a centerpiece of its defense. If you want a tough, high-motor DL who can wreck game plans from the inside, Roy checks that box with attitude.
