Rising QB for South Carolina State with Elite Intensity and MEAC Contender Status
Dewann Ford, the 6-2, 185-lb redshirt junior quarterback for the South Carolina State Bulldogs, is a high-intensity playmaker who led his team to a 10-3 record and a 1st-place finish in the MEAC during the 2025 season[3]. While his 2025 stats show 43 passing yards and 3 interceptions[2], his true differentiator is his relentless on-field personality and leadership that elevates the entire offense beyond raw numbers. Ford’s intensity level is exceptional, with no reported injury history, making him a durable and reliable fit for any team seeking a QB who brings fire and strategic grit. He’s a must-watch athlete because he embodies the ‘Bulldog’ mentality—resilient, driven, and team-first.
