Paris Carter brings steady guard production and veteran feel to New Mexico State
Paris Carter profiles as a **reliable scoring guard** for New Mexico State, with ESPN listing him at **7.3 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 1.1 assists** while shooting **34.5% from the field** in the season tracked there.[3] His value is less about flash and more about structure: he’s a ball-handling backcourt piece who can contribute across categories and has enough college experience to understand spacing, tempo, and defensive responsibilities.[1][3] If your team needs a guard who can fill minutes, handle the ball, and provide a steady presence rather than a pure high-usage scorer, Carter is a sensible fit.[3][4]
