Will Blanden brings veteran leadership and offensive versatility, but Howard QB fit is unclear
Will Blanden is listed as a Howard Bison football player, but the available source data does not show current quarterback production or recent game stats for him. What stands out is his broad football background: Howard bio pages and coaching references describe him as a former standout Bison athlete with multi-sport competitiveness, strong leadership, and high football IQ. That kind of intangibles-first profile can matter in a QB room, especially for poise and preparation. If you’re evaluating him for roster fit, the key question is whether his current role and skills align with quarterback duties, because the public record here is light on recent on-field performance.
