Experienced, durable New Mexico OL with blue-collar value
Austin Cook is a veteran New Mexico offensive lineman whose value comes from experience, reliability, and versatility rather than headline stats: he has played four seasons for the Lobos, appeared in 21 games, and in 2021-22 logged 518 snaps with a 98.3 pass-blocking grade in seven games, while earlier seasons show he also contributed on special teams. His background as a multi-sport high school athlete and Mountain West All-Academic honoree points to discipline and coachability, making him a sensible fit for a team that wants a steady, assignment-sound OL who can help stabilize a rotation.[1][2]
