Towson WR with Explosive Upside from 2014 Roots
Brian Matthews, a versatile two-way standout from Towson Tigers' 2014 roster, dazzled in high school with 21 catches for 580 yards and 5 TDs as a senior while leading Maryland in kick returns—showcasing elite speed, ball skills, and big-play intensity that made him a redshirt project with breakout potential. His physicality as a WR/DB hybrid and state championship pedigree highlight a gritty competitor ideal for teams needing dynamic returners and red-zone threats; no notable injury history, but limited college snaps suggest untapped ceiling for patient programs.
