Hunter Altman brings NFL-level production vibes to Air Force’s linebacker room
In the 2025 season, Hunter Altman piled up 102 tackles, 14 tackles for loss, and 4 sacks, and NFL draft notes praised his athletic testing and special-teams value even while flagging coverage limitations and average short-area quickness[12]. Air Force also lists him as a senior outside linebacker, and his long track record with the program suggests a seasoned, physical presence who can impact games with pursuit, effort, and special-teams toughness rather than flash[2][13].
