Jacob Wassler is Bellarmine’s size-and-touch big with room to grow
In the 2025-26 season, Bellarmine center Jacob Wassler has been a low-usage interior piece who gives the Knights length, rebound help, and efficient touch around the rim, posting 3.5 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 0.5 blocks in 12.9 minutes per game while shooting 45.6% from the field and 35.7% from three. His appeal is the 6'11" frame plus a surprisingly soft outside touch for a true five, but the bigger story is his steady development from a strong high-school rebounder into a matchup-specific college big who can protect the paint and stretch the floor a bit.
