Will Weethee brings size, shooting range, and a proven VMI role-player résumé
Will Weethee’s VMI profile is that of a 6'6" forward with a clear calling card: perimeter scoring and floor-spacing. In the 2014-15 season, he averaged 11.7 points per game and ranked second in the SoCon in three-pointers made per game at 2.9, with VMI describing him as a key outside-shooting contributor who can catch fire when his rhythm is right. Earlier coverage also notes a knee injury in his career, but he returned and kept producing, which adds some toughness to the package. If your team needs a stretch forward with shot-making gravity and a history of answering the bell, he fits.
