Maine’s old-school back with a short but efficient track record
Talkpa is best known for being a compact, efficient runner who produced in limited chances in the 2007 season, finishing with 7 carries for 12 rushing yards and 2 receptions for 12 receiving yards for Maine. He profiles more as a depth back than a featured hammer, but the limited stat line suggests versatility as a receiver out of the backfield. The big caveat: public roster and stat pages don’t show a current 2026 role, so the most accurate read is that he’s a low-volume, utility option rather than a headline-grabber.
