App State’s versatile, special-teams-minded veteran
Dominick Magazu is best known as a versatile, high-effort App State veteran who contributed on special teams and as a holder, with his Appalachian State bio noting he played in every game of his 2009 season and handled holding duties all year. He was also listed as a defensive back in later roster entries, which speaks to his adaptability and team-first value. He’s not a stat-sheet stuffer; he’s the kind of glue guy coaches trust when they want reliability, toughness, and no-drama execution.
