Australia-bred, multi-tool guard giving Long Beach State a veteran edge
Courtney Murphy is a seasoned Long Beach State guard whose biggest calling card is versatility: she has been valued as a scorer, passer, defender, and floor-spacer, with Seattle U history showing elite three-point shooting pedigree and Long Beach State noting her toughness and all-around impact. In the 2024-25 season, ESPN listed her at 9.0 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 1.0 assists per game, with a 38.2% field-goal mark, which points to a steady connector more than a pure volume scorer. She fits best with teams that want maturity, shot-making, and a high-IQ glue player who can do a bit of everything.
