High-Velocity Bullpen RHP with 93 MPH FB and Deceptive CH for Cal State Fullerton
As a 6'3", 200-lb junior RHP for the 2026 Cal State Fullerton Titans, Joseph Jasso differentiates himself with a fastball topping 93 MPH and a changeup featuring notable action and deception, making him a reliable late-inning option despite a 6.16 ERA across 20 bullpen appearances [2][5][10]. He posted 25 strikeouts in 19.0 innings, showcasing his ability to miss bats when his stuff clicks, though he faces some inconsistency with 20 hits allowed [4][6]. Jasso is a high-intensity pitcher who worked a clean inning in recent evaluations, suggesting strong composure under pressure [5]. While his ERA reflects rough outings, his velocity and strikeout rate indicate he's a good fit for teams needing a power reliever with upside, provided they can manage his development curve and provide solid defensive support behind him.
