Smooth-shooting Aussie forward with a proven D-I track record
Hugh Baxter is a 6-8 forward who brings size, floor spacing, and veteran feel to UC San Diego; in the 2020-21 season, he averaged 10.0 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 1.5 assists while shooting 50.4% from the field and 38.3% from three, then later posted a college career line of 5.7 points and 1.8 rebounds per game. He stands out as a polished, adaptable scorer with international experience and academic consistency, the kind of steady, low-drama fit coaches love when they need a smart connector who can stretch defenses and keep the offense humming.
