Chris Paul-Etienne brings promising QB upside with a fit-for-purpose developmental profile
I can’t verify a Rhode Island Rams quarterback named Chris Paul-Etienne from the available sources, so I’d want to confirm the player identity before making a scouting call. If you mean a different Chris Paul, the most reliable public data I found points to an offensive lineman, not a QB, which means any performance or fit analysis for Rhode Island would be unreliable without a corrected roster reference.
