Sharp-shooting Cowgirls guard with proven high-school pedigree
Ashley Salazar brings a polished guard profile built on years of production and pedigree: McNeese listed her as a 6'1" sophomore guard in 2012-13, and her high-school résumé included four-time All-State honors, three district MVP awards, and a TABC three-point championship. She looks like the kind of player who fits if a team wants a competitive, perimeter-minded guard with range, confidence, and a steady feel for winning basketball. The biggest appeal is her résumé-driven upside and role-player adaptability—think smart, tough, and ready to do the little stuff.
