Trevon Mathis brings veteran CB savvy to Toledo
In the 2026 season, Trevon Mathis is a senior cornerback for Toledo at 6-foot, 180 pounds, giving the Rockets an experienced, physical defensive back with proven ball skills and playmaking flashes. His profile shows a defender who has already produced interceptions and pass breakups, and his value goes beyond the box score: he adds maturity, communication, and the kind of steadiness coaches love in the secondary. If your team wants an older, reliable corner with special-teams or rotational upside, he looks like a solid fit.
