Jeff Runnells brings veteran linebacker grit to Bowling Green
Jeff Runnells is a proven, high-volume tackler for Bowling Green, with the Falcons’ roster listing a 2003 stat line of 36 total tackles, 4.0 tackles for loss, 1.0 sack, and 1 forced fumble[1]. That kind of production suggests a linebacker who plays downhill, finds the ball quickly, and fits a physical, assignment-sound defense—exactly the type of glue guy coaches trust when the game gets messy[1].
