Mason Cassady brings versatile DB experience and high-football-IQ value to St. Thomas
Mason Cassady is a St. Thomas defensive back with a compact, reliable frame and a track record of doing the little things right, including appearing in game action and recording a tackle in the 2022 season. He also comes with strong academic/locker-room signals from his college background, which usually points to a disciplined, coachable teammate who can learn quickly and fit into multiple defensive packages. If a team wants a steady, intelligent DB rather than a flashy headline-chaser, Cassady looks like a sensible fit.
