Greg Williams Jr. brings efficient two-way guard play and real shot-making to Louisiana
Williams is a 6-foot-3, 205-pound guard who stands out for efficient scoring, perimeter shooting, and disruptive defense: in 2022 he averaged 12.7 points while shooting 46.9% from the field and 42.6% from three, and at St. John’s he ranked among the BIG EAST leaders with 1.3 steals per game and 44.8% three-point shooting before a back injury slowed him in mid-January. He fits best as a tough, experienced wing/guard who can space the floor, pressure the ball, and give a team mature, low-mistake production.
