Veteran Ole Miss QB with Academic-First, Team-First DNA
Grant Restmeyer is a former Ole Miss quarterback known more for reliability, leadership, and staying power than flash; he appeared in reserve action for the Rebels and earned multiple SEC and athletic director’s academic honors. Listed at 6-foot-3 and 203 pounds, he brought a solid frame and a steady, developmental profile, but public stat production is limited and his role was never as a featured playmaker. If you value a composed, smart quarterback room presence with strong intangibles, he fits the culture; if you need a high-volume, high-ceiling starter, the résumé is thinner.
