Brie Normandin is Coastal Carolina’s steady, clutch bat at shortstop
In the 2026 season, Brie Normandin flashed real impact for Coastal Carolina: she earned Sun Belt Player of the Week honors after hitting .571 with 12 hits and 6 RBIs, including key production against Arizona, and she also handled shortstop duty with 20 assists and 10 putouts in that stretch. Her calling card is a contact-heavy, timely approach plus reliable infield hands—she doesn’t just stack stats, she seems to show up in the biggest moments. If your team wants a tough, right-handed middle infielder who brings grit and situational hitting, she’s absolutely worth the look.
