Gardner-Webb’s compact, reliable slot target with veteran upside
In the 2026 season, Ethan Piercy profiles as a 6-foot-1, 192-pound redshirt freshman wideout for Gardner-Webb who was noted for good hands and steady improvement in his first year on campus. His biggest appeal is role fit: a slot-friendly receiver with enough size to handle traffic, plus a developing route game that coaches clearly trust. If you need a polished possession target rather than a pure burner, he fits the mold. The catch: there isn’t publicly available 2026 production data here, so the intrigue is more about his traits and trajectory than headline stats.
