Marcus Lucas brings ball production to Southeast Missouri State’s secondary
Lucas has shown playmaking upside at defensive back, with the available stat line highlighting 2 interceptions and 1 pass defended while also ranking near the top of DBs in those categories in the cited tracker, which points to a defender who can turn coverage snaps into turnovers. ESPN lists him as a Southeast Missouri State defensive back, but public results here do not provide enough reliable detail on injury history, leadership traits, or advanced coverage grades, so his best differentiator appears to be takeaway creation rather than volume tackling.
