Roadrunners' Dynamic Freshman Star from 2009-10 Era
Kelley Tarver burst onto the CSU Bakersfield scene as a freshman in the 2009-10 season, starting all 29 games and earning All-CCAA honors as one of only three freshmen ever—ranking No. 3 in the conference (No. 63 nationally) with 2.62 steals per game while showcasing the scoring prowess (18 PPG), rebounding (6 RPG), and playmaking (4 APG) from her All-CIF high school senior year; her injury-shortened senior campaign adds resilience, making her a gritty, versatile guard differentiator for teams craving multi-faceted intensity and leadership.
