Deep-threat receiver with proven high-school production and game-ready experience
Lamar Scruggs is a North Carolina Central wide receiver whose appeal starts with proven playmaking: in high school he posted 800-plus receiving yards and 11 touchdowns as a senior, and college coverage shows him as a receiver with enough experience to stay in the rotation at the FCS level. The value here is upside—he brings a track record of finding the end zone, game experience, and enough polish to project as a useful fit for teams needing a dependable pass-catcher rather than a pure stats merchant.
