Iggy Porchia brings veteran toughness and defensive credibility to UNLV’s edge
Porchia is a seasoned defensive presence with a track record of production, including 11 tackles and a tackle for loss across 12 games in 2015 after earlier seasons with 28 tackles and two TFL at the college level, and his background also shows real pass-rush upside from high school with 10 sacks as a senior. He stands out more for experience, assignment discipline, and steady physicality than flash, which makes him the kind of edge defender who can fit a system that values reliability, effort, and veteran leadership.[1]
