Foreman entered Tennessee State as a 5-foot-11, 205-pound freshman from Pahokee, and in 2024 he logged one tackle in limited action; TSU’s roster page says he saw action in three games in 2025 and totaled one solo tackle. He looks like a physical, high-energy defender whose value comes from toughness, reliability, and developmental upside more than headline-grabbing numbers.
