Garth Keffer offers UC Davis a developmental corner with proven ball skills
Garth Keffer is a UC Davis cornerback who was described by the program as a redshirt freshman with “extreme potential” and a player who could become a solid contributor with development[3]. In his earlier high school career, he posted 78 tackles, 3 interceptions, 10 pass breakups, and a sack in the 2013 roster bio, which points to a physical, active defensive back with real playmaking flashes[6]. For a team, that profile screams upside: competitive, productive, and still moldable rather than a finished product[3][6].
