A versatile NIU veteran with strong MAC experience
Tyler Brueckner brings rare versatility to Northern Illinois, with a 2021 track record as both a receiver and a quarterback in the Huskies’ system, plus a reputation as a high-academic, team-first player. NIU’s roster and bio materials list him as a 6-foot, 190-pound wideout, and outside bios note his 2021 MAC Championship involvement and elite classroom work, including a 4.0 GPA mention. The catch: publicly available recent receiving production is limited, so he profiles more as a depth, culture, and matchup piece than a headline stat machine.
