Physical, assignment-sound Nicholls DB with roster-worthy upside
Jonathan Cancienne appears to be a depth-piece defensive back for Nicholls rather than a heavily documented stat-leader, so the key story is fit: a player profile that likely values discipline, leverage, and special-teams utility over splashy numbers. With limited public production data available in the search results, he is best evaluated as a potentially useful developmental DB if your staff wants toughness, reliability, and role flexibility more than a proven turnover machine.
