Monique Powell brings senior-day grit and board-crashing energy to McNeese
Monique Powell, a senior forward for McNeese State, was recognized on Senior Day in the 2026 season, underscoring her value as a steady veteran presence for the Cowgirls[2]. Available coverage from McNeese also shows her as a long-time frontcourt piece, and an older game note credited her with team-high rebounding at 5.9 boards per game and 7.8 points, a profile that fits a hard-nosed, effort-first forward who does the dirty work and gives a roster toughness and reliability rather than flash[1][15].
