Cornell Linebacker with Local Roots and an Unclear Stat Trail
Blessing is a hometown Cornell linebacker from Oneida, N.Y., but the publicly available stat trail shows little recent on-field production, so the biggest value read is as a roster-depth or developmental fit rather than a proven playmaker. ESPN lists him at linebacker for the Big Red, but does not show meaningful accumulated defensive stats in the available record, which makes it hard to project him as a headline defender right now.[1] If you’re evaluating fit, think dependability, local familiarity, and upside to develop more than finished-box-score impact.[1]
