Ryan Callender brings senior-sized upside to Missouri State’s linebacker room
Callender is a 6-1, 223-pound senior inside linebacker for Missouri State who is being counted on to help solidify the Bears’ linebacker group and push for a starting role in 2026. The most notable on-record production tied to him is a career-high 11 tackles in a game and 47 total tackles in prior action, which points to a steady, physical run defender who can finish plays. He looks like a fit for a team that values toughness, depth, and reliable inside-linebacker play more than flash.
