Brianna Fischer brings all-around impact, veteran steadiness, and lineup pressure for Iona
In 2026, Fischer was one of Iona’s most complete players, leading the Gaels with a .336 average, 49 hits, and eight home runs while also tying for the team lead in doubles and RBIs and finishing among the MAAC’s better defenders and table-setters with 110 assists and 12 steals. She has started all 98 games over two seasons at Iona, which signals reliability, durability, and coach trust, and her mix of contact, power, speed, and infield versatility makes her a strong fit for a team that wants an experienced, high-motor contributor who can impact games in multiple ways.
