Freshman linebacker with a clean slate at Austin Peay
Mallard is a **6-foot, 216-pound freshman linebacker** at Austin Peay, and the key storyline is opportunity rather than production so far: the program lists **no statistics available** for his season, so his value is still projection-based. He profiles as a physical, developmental defender who could fit a roster looking for size and upside at LB, but there isn’t enough public game data yet to judge consistency, impact plays, or special-teams value.
