Purdue Fort Wayne F Oleg Kovalov: seasoned 6'8" senior depth piece with size and experience
Oleg Kovalov brings **6'8", 220-pound** forward size, senior experience, and a low-usage, team-first profile to Purdue Fort Wayne, where his value is more about physical presence and reliability than scoring volume. In the 2009-10 season, he played in 20 of 31 games and averaged **2.2 points** and **1.4 rebounds** per game, suggesting a role player who can fit without needing touches.[1][3] For a team looking for maturity, positional flexibility, and a steady bench forward, he looks like a practical fit rather than a high-ceiling stat-stuffer.[1][3]
