Serigne Sarre is Mount St. Mary’s front-line lefty with strikeout stuff and ace energy
Sarre has quickly become the kind of pitcher coaches trust: in the 2025 season, he logged 72 innings, struck out 86 batters, and posted a 3.50 ERA, then followed with 90 strikeouts over 70-plus innings in 2026 while earning All-MAAC recognition and a captaincy nod. The 6-foot-4 left-hander gets attention for miss-bats, volume, and poise—he handled opening-day pressure with 13 strikeouts in his first college start and has already been labeled a staff ace. If your team wants a durable, high-leverage starter with real swing-and-miss upside, he’s a strong fit.
