Liza Heap brings veteran efficiency and steady leadership for Drake
Heap was a reliable, experienced forward for Drake, finishing her career with 373 points, 366 rebounds and a 3.1 rebounds-per-game average while shooting 41.9% from the field and 34.6% from three across 117 games[1]. Her best value went beyond the box score: she could come off the bench and change a game in a hurry, like her 12-point, 5-rebound spark against South Dakota in 2012, and she was later recognized with Drake’s MVC Leadership & Service Award, which signals maturity, consistency and team-first impact[2][4][5].
